SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Overview

Thank you for choosing CycleLock. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and ship your order, how long it takes to arrive, and what happens if there are issues along the way. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, the processing window may extend to 10–15 business days.


Where Your Order Ships From

CycleLock devices are assembled and shipped from our international fulfillment partner. Orders may ship from our domestic or international facility depending on current stock availability.


Shipping Timeframes

After your order is processed, delivery times are approximately:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your delivery address and local postal service, customs clearance times, weather and natural events, carrier delays, and peak shipping seasons.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.


Shipping Methods

🚚 Standard Shipping β€” Once processed, your order will be delivered within the timeframe above. Shipping fees are non-refundable as we do not up-charge on shipping costs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your order's progress at any time using this tracking information.

Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate after your order ships.


Customs, Duties, and Import

For international deliveries, all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes, and other charges imposed by destination-country authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in the package being returned or destroyed does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. CycleLock is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge reshipment costs or deduct them from any applicable refund.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at helphexro@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Packages Marked as Delivered If carrier tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, look near alternate entrances, and contact your local postal service or carrier directly. If the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, we consider the package delivered and are not responsible for replacement.

Packages Lost in Transit If your tracking has not updated for more than 30 days, contact us at helphexro@gmail.com. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for confirmed lost packages.

Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at helphexro@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the photos and your order number.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at helphexro@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
